Trying to Build Package in Distrobox Container Fails (Helix)

When trying to build the helix editor from the aur I get the following error:

The same happens when I build directly from sources without the aur helper makepkg.

I think this has to do with SSL certs in the container.

Any guidance here on how to get the SSL certs to work would be much appreciated.
