Jetpack AI Assistant: Hide or Disable Incompatible AI Options Based on Post Type Capabilities

Description:

When using the Jetpack AI Assistant in the block editor for certain custom post types, such as Social Notes, some AI-generated features (e.g., title suggestions) appear in the UI but do not function correctly because the post type does not support those features.

For example, Social Notes don’t appear to support titles, yet title suggestions are still available and selectable via the Assistant. The generated titles may appear in the Jetpack sidebar UI but do not persist on publish. This creates confusion and a broken experience. Screenshot below:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new post using a custom post type that does not support certain post features (e.g., titles, excerpts).
2. Open the Jetpack AI Assistant in the sidebar.
3. Use features like “Generate title options.”
4. Observe that some options don’t apply or save correctly.

Expected Behavior:

The AI Assistant should respect the capabilities of the post type. If the post type doesn’t support a particular feature (like title, excerpt, thumbnail, etc.), then:

• The corresponding AI Assistant options should be hidden or disabled.
• If shown, a clear message should explain why the feature is unavailable.
