Describe the problem to be solved

I would like to propose adding a comment field to the Federation server. This would allow users to leave a brief note explaining why they accept or reject a follower, such as the CloudFlare MITM-controlled tube.ynm.hu #6980. This way, users can remember that they were rejected for violating the Fundamental Human Rights and Online Privacy.
