Use perplexica as offline local (intranet) search engine

In my company we have several large intranet sites with company information. Sometimes it's difficult to find the correct information.

Would perplexica be able to work as a complete offline solution with a local llm to better find informations within our intranet ?

Imagine a question like: "How many holidays do we have as product managers?" And perplexica knows the answer and the referencing site/article to this ?

I don't think I am qualified to answer this because I haven't really worked on SearXNG.

However, looking at their docs (https://docs.searxng.org/dev/engines/index.html). It could be possible if you store it somewhere like Postgres (and use FullText search or some other way?).
