Setting preferences on mobile

I am trying to figure out how to set the preferred model when using the mobile browser. It seems that the model selection is on a per-device basis. However on the mobile browser, there is no settings button.

How can I set the default model for all devices?
or alternatively, how can I set the model on a mobile device?
