Feature Request: Support for Multiple Ollama Instance Selection

It would be awesome if we can connect to multiple ollama instances at the same time and choose a model from one of them.

For example, I have 3 Ollama instances on 3 machines and they vary in availability and resources. I would love to be able to list the instances in the config.toml and be able to choose a model from one of them on the Settings page without having to change the Ollama url.
