完整配置
配置采用yaml格式，如果发现配置什么都不生效，请检查缩进是否正确

请问这个完整配置应该怎么命名，应该放到什么位置才可以生效呢？不是太明白。
tsdd目录.env文件中添加了配置参数，似乎没有生效。
