Export/Import process for members should retain newsletter subscriptions when multiple newsletters are present

Issue Summary

Currently, exporting and re-importing members (sometimes used when there are problems with Stripe linkages or if moving servers) results in lost data about newsletter subscriptions. The process is OK for a single newsletter, but when there are two or more newsletters, the export doesn't provide data on which newsletters the user is subscribed to.

Steps to Reproduce

Export the members data using the tool on the members page. Open and observe no data on specific newsletters.
