I hate it when I am reading something and I encounter a word and I forget what it means in the context I am reading.

What I want

Like if I was reading an article about machine learning. It would be nice if I could select the word kernel and a pop would appear explaining what it means. It would be nice if I could define the meaning of the words per document. Since they could mean different things in different contexetes. To avoid having to define it for every word. By default it could just show the first occurance of the word in the text since often that's when it's defined.

Alternatives you've tried

Keep a local word - meaning csv file
