Hi, I recently removed a device because it had some issues using awl cli peers remove-pid --name. Unfortunately, when trying to add it back again, no friend request is sent to the other device anymore, resulting in saying offline (not confirmed).

How can I add the device back?

i tried removing them from the blocked peers in the config file and restaring the awl service but that doesn't work either.

Hi @DevJelle , sorry for the late reply

I tried this: from peer1 remove peer2, and later from peer1 add peer2, and it works. We also have this case tested in e2e tests here

Did you also remove peer1 from peer2? Then you also need to re-add it vice versa
