The progress bar is still running while the story content is loading.

This issue occurs when you load stories, turn off the internet, and click on them. The progress bar should stop if the content fails to load.

I also ran into this issue. For me when I'm using a large size video it takes a while to load the video and some times it goes to the next story without even show the video because is still loading.
