@Densequera Devshiba-inu is a scammer trying to get you to share your private keys so they can steal your funds. To get help from BitPay (the company behind Copay and recovery tool you're using), you should open a support ticket on their official website, and they'll guide you through the recovery process:

https://support.bitpay.com/hc/en-us/articles/28683931502221-Assistance-with-all-other-BitPay-products-and-services

Please note that BitPay will NEVER ask for your 12 word backup phrase. Only scammers do that.

To @Densequera and anyone else that might be reading this thread, if you guessed that DaveMax7 is also a scammer, you would be correct. You can tell because DaveMax7 doesn't direct you to the official BitPay support page but instead wants you to send an email to his random gmail address where he will likely ask you for your 12 words so he can steal your funds.

Here's how you can contact BitPay for help with wallet recovery:

https://support.bitpay.com/hc/en-us/articles/28683931502221-Assistance-with-all-other-BitPay-products-and-services

As a reminder, BitPay will NEVER ask for your 12 word backup phrase. Only scammers do that.

@DaveMax7 how about you send your 12 word phrase to [email protected] for a donation

Scammers, this is very true. You have a one way ticket to hell where you'll receive eternal satisfaction from scamming all you want you'll just be burning while doing so. Keep up the hard work.
