Small display (and translation) problem with stopping the reading of a book

On 0.7.5 (and <0.7.5)

Sorry to come back with this display problem (as part of a translation).
This problem is quite old.
When someone stops reading (see example below), the title of the book is not displayed in the status (is this normal?) and the translation doesn't work (in all languages).

I've tried manually adding the text to the .po (then compiling the .mo) but it doesn't work.

It may be a display problem prior to the translation process.

EDIT :

I'm aware of another display problem (no text appears, even in English) on the "Discover" page when a user stops reading.
