Add a way to search hashtags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Hashtags exist, even if not used often, but because of the nature of the URL system there is seemingly no way to look at posts in a hashtag unless you find one.

Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to search hashtags or at least put it in the URL to try go to the page.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not caring about hashtags
