详细描述这个 Bug

新建 GitHub 同步，给了完整的 repo 权限。笔记界面左上角就一直转圈，提示「正在加载同步信息」。

另外请问，模型、提示词、模板等设置可以同步到吗？

可能是梯子的原因，可以尝试一下，设置-开发者-代理。
目前只能同步 md 文件。
