Keep getting this error i am stuck and cant find any solutions

It looks like you don't have an NVM_SYMLINK variable configured or it is set to a relative working directory (i.e. .). I don't know how your system got into this state, but you can update (or create) NVM_SYMLINK in your system environment variables, like this:

The trick is making sure the directory you specify here does not already exist. For example, in the screenshot above, C:\nvm4w should exist, but C:\nvm4w\nodejs should not exist. The nodejs symlink will be auto-created for you.
