Node interpreter location for Node (using ARM CPU)

I have just installed NVM on my new work laptop using Windows 11 Pro and an ARM CPU. Using the screenshots from starjet in this thread: #502 I figured out how to install and configure NVM for ARM and install an ARM Node version (20.11). Now back in my Webstorm IDE, it is complaining about no executable found for the Node interpreter. It says "No executable found in %PATH%". I am assuming I'll have to add that to the Path Environment Variable? What path would I add and would that go under User Variables or System Variables?
