[Feature]: Publish winget package for 1.2.2

Description of the new feature / enhancement

For all 1.2.* versions there is no winget package. Please publish your latest version to winget.

Scenario when this would be used?

For easy update via winget

Seems it is now in winget but update fails:

$ winget upgrade CoreyButler.NVMforWindows

I can't remove the stale label, but I think this still applies:

Yes still getting error. Pakage is available, but got error on winget upgrade CoreyButler.NVMforWindows same as above but in german.

Es wurde kein anwendbares Upgrade gefunden. In einer konfigurierten Quelle ist eine neuere Paketversion verfügbar, die jedoch nicht auf Ihr System oder Ihre Anforderungen zutrifft.

From what i understand, the installer architecture for 1.2.2 recorded in winget-pkgs is x86

Error with winget upgrade CoreyButler.NVMforWindows still exists. Perhaps comment from @uvproj gives a direction?
