Improve matrix / entry selection

Neo includes a newBlockMenuStyle setting for changing the way the block selector displays.

Implemented here: spicywebau/craft-neo#569

There's also third party plugins trying to improve this:

A first pass at these options could be adding a list view instead of a popover… I'm not a huge fan of this for lots of blocks becuase it ads noise… but if there's only two or three options it can work

A second pass for a grid setting could be moving the popover into a dialog and displaying the entry title, description and image (new property) like the existing third party plugins.

A third pass could be adding groups for entry blocks and then updating the popover, inline and grid displays to use those groups.
