The README has become very information dense and is likely overwhelming readers.

Index and split the guide into 5 or so new Markdown files, perhaps something like -

01-Basics-Threat-Modeling.md
02-Apple-Security-Features.md
03-Network-Internet.md
04-Systems-Applications.md
05-Advanced-Tools-Resources.md
