Usage of Proxy

Hi,
Thank you for this amazing package. I use it a lot. This last days I want to learn more in depth how this package work. A lot of the components are packaged into Proxy and I wanted to know the reason to do this ?
I think for a lot of cases, usage of methods can do the job and this could help the developper experience (Proxy are quite obscure).

In another topic I wanted to know if we can find examples with @conform-to/dom only (without React dependency).
