💡 Add built-in OCR support to extract text from screenshots

Summary

It would be incredibly useful if Flameshot included built-in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) functionality to extract text directly from screenshots. This would improve workflows where users often take screenshots of text (e.g. error messages, logs, terminal output) and need to copy or reuse that text.

Proposed Feature

• Add an option (e.g., in the context menu or toolbar) to "Extract Text from Screenshot"
• Use Tesseract or another open-source OCR engine under the hood
• Output the text to clipboard or a popup preview

Benefits

• Streamlines workflows by removing the need for external OCR tools
