Don't reopen ticket for empty responses

Tickets get reopened again for empty responses like:

• Okay, thanks (issue is resolved and user is expressing gratitude). Eg: https://support.frappe.io/helpdesk/tickets/34656?view=VIEW-HD+Ticket-041
• Okay, let me check and get back to you (issue isn't resolved but onus is on user. Ticket should be left is replied state itself)

Describe the solution you'd like

Use LLMs or some simple search to detect empty response and don't reopen ticket for such responses. I need to mark it replied/resolved again.

Describe the alternatives you've considered

simpler solution: Could give user option to give such responses with some quick reply buttons so they're more likely to use that and those could have special flow to not reopen ticket.
