I think it should not block xcode UI while you open browser.

Reproduce:

Editor -> Github Copilot -> Open GitHub Copilot for Xcode Settings

@NikKovIos thank you for reaching out. we will take a look into this issue. A workaround you can try is to close the current file, and reopen it.
