The name GithubCommitRequiredError and GithubAuthorRequiredError is misleading, as the commit and author is nothing that is related to Github.

if (!author) {
throw new GithubAuthorRequiredError();
}
if (!commit) {
throw new GithubCommitRequiredError();
}
