Feat: remote and dynamic avatar picture (gravatar, github avatar...)

Hello,
I understand that the userproof feature regarding the avatar picture as explained in the config file:

  # Note: image is not rendered if the resource(avatar image) is not found. No error is displayed.

However, I would like to be able to link to a remote avatar, like my github's profile or my gravatar for example.

That might impact the 100/100 Google PageSpeed Insights if this feature is enabled.
Maybe a configuration toggle could be added to bypass the file existence test?
