Cloud icon not updated on upload success

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

The cloud icon on the right corner of an image won't update on v1.133 server, it used to work before, now I have to pull down and manually sync for the icons to update. The websocket message for on_upload_success doesn't update the icon anymore
