Regression in keyboard usage for merging faces and tagging

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

Until version 1.132.2 it was possible to use 'TAB' to move to the confirmation button for confirmation boxes. Starting with 1.133.0 this does not work anymore. The following dialogue/confirmation boxes could be used with TAB before:

• Merging persons (either the one, when clicking on the name and selecting another person, as well es the one available via the menu of the person)
• When manually adding a face region to an image, after having selected the person trying to TAB to the confirmation button.
• Tagging: after having selected a tag with a press of enter, TAB only circles between the X and other elements but does not go to the confirmation button.
• (just tried the 'add location' and the 'share' dialogue and you can't reach the confirmation button, but did not use this in the versions before)

Basically it seems that one can't cycle to any confirmation button anymore.
