Unexpected empty album created

The bug

An empty album is created when an album is checked and then unchecked if sync album is enabled.

Reproduction steps

1. Open App
2. Tap the backup button
3. On backup screen, tap select
4. On Select albums screen, enable sync albums
5. Check an album, an then uncheck it
6. Back to the main screen of immich app, tap Album button, scroll down, and you can see an unexpected empty album was created

I'm not sure I'd consider this a bug. You're starting off the album sync process, then aborting it before it's had a chance to put any assets into the synced album.
