The current custom OAuth scheme handler registration isn't working in cases, where the registration is performed sideloaded on Windows Server 2022, due to AccessDenied errors upon starting the shell open command.

Packaged applications on Windows Server 2022 url protocol handlers do work when using Packaged CWA Protocol Association Execute Command (DelegateExecute="{A56A841F-E974-45C1-8001-7E3F8A085917}").

This feature should allow future versions of Cyberduck, deployed sideloaded and through the store, to regain the ability to dynamically register OAuth protocols, that aren't declared inside the package manifest.
