Jellyfin crashes at around 1h20min into a movie every time.

Describe the bug

I was using vlc as an external player but it doesn't support external srt files apparently. switched back to default exo player but both times I've watched a film it crashes around the 1:20 to 1:40 mark like clockwork. the entire app crashes to the television home screen. I don't know what is causing it but here is the crash log attached to this report. I hope it doesn't have any personal or identifying information. Is there anything I need to do to stop this from happening short of switching back to VLC/external players?
