Incorrect icon sizing of BPMN 2.0 Gateways when dropped on rectangle via blue arrow

Describe the bug

When dragging an icon, such as a gateway, from the library onto a rectangle shape and dropping it via the blue arrow, the icon scales to match the height of the rectangle. Notably, this issue does not occur with event icons."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Draw.io and create a new diagram.
2. Drag a rectangle shape onto the canvas.
3. Select a gateway icon from the library.
4. Drag the icon to the rectangle and hover until the blue arrow appears.
5. Drop the icon using the blue arrow.
6. Observe the size of the icon as it appears in the rectangle.

Expected behavior
The icon should retain its original size from the library, not scaling to fit the height of the rectangle

The issue occurs both in the web application and the standalone desktop version. This issue particularly affects BPMN 2.0 gateway icons when they are dropped through the blue arrow after hovering over a rectangle, contrasting with event icons that behave as expected.**
