If I press ALT Gr + tilde then nothing happens in the terminal window. I expected a tilde (˜) character to show up. If I do it again I get two tilde characters.
ALT Gr + tilde works as expected in other parts of Windows 11.
I am using a Swedish keyboard with the Swedish keyboard layout active. If I would switch to the English layout then I can press SHIFT + <button left of key 1> (i.e. where tilde is on English keyboards) then I get a tilde character as expected.

I assume this is tied into the fact that Windows 11 with certain layouts (such as the Swedish one) requires the user to send any input after ALT Gr + tilde before the tilde character is actually typed on the screen (apparently this is called "dead keys"). For instance people use ALT Gr + tilde followed by SPACE to get the tilde character printed (if I would do this in WindTerm I only get a space however). I base this on the fact that changing keyboard layout to English works as I previously mentioned as well as using Swedish layout with the AHK script found here (it disables the need to send any extra input).
