improve Kibana documentation

Bug Description:

Issue poped at the #3370 that user try to use Manticoresearch with Kibana but the daemon works in the non RT mode. That produces unclear reply from Buddy about wrong table.

It could be better in the documentation to explicitly said that daemon should work in RT mode for Kibana compatibility and provide minimal manticore.conf in the documentation.

It also worth at the Buddy side to check that daemon runs in the RT mode and provide clear error message overwise to make sure the user could simple fix the issue with config and do not try to figure out what error means
