As select MIDI device for output sounds ? I can not select hardware or VST device for play MIDI files per this device )

This fork of OCP (nor original) does not support MIDI devices, as that is tricky to get working cross-platform.

Original OCP uses internal MIDI player, and supported only GUS sound fonts.

This fork uses Timidity, and supports Timidity sound fonts (can be converted from GUS sound fonts), and SF2 sound-fonts. Can be configured from inside setup:

You need to install a sound-font.

If you use an OS like Linux Ubuntu, these are available by using
apt install musescore-general-soundfont fluid-soundfont-gm timgm6mb-soundfont freepats
