NVDA does not read the entire page on page load when using Edge

When using an Edge browser, it seems like the NVDA will start reading the page but is interrupted by a "Loading Complete" announcement. It happens on most sites, but on some sites like the NVDA homepage it is fine.

It seems like pressing capslock+f5 to refresh the page will trigger the screen reader to start reading the page on some sites.

Is there anyway to ensure the Loading Complete announcement doesn't cut off when the screen reader is reading? I would like it to continue to read the page after.
