Failed to destroy imgui in my app

I have an imgui code where I am using dx9 to draw elements in my app

However, when I close my app it crashes and shows an error in the imgui

I am getting the error:

Unhandled exception at 0x69A5E899 (igd9dxva32.dll) in Test.exe: Fatal program exit

What could be causing the program to crash?
