Bug Description and Steps to Reproduce

有时候会出现errCode为0但是errMsg和errDlt不为空的情况，不确定复现的逻辑。
比如有一个操作流程出现了：调用{API_ADDRESS}/msg/user_clear_all_msg接口删除用户所有信息，建一个新群，邀请被删除所有信息的用户进群，errorCode为0，errDlt提示UserIdNotFound，实际上用户ID是存在的，调用{API_ADDRESS}/user/user_register接口也是提示UserIdIsAlreadyExist。判断接口请求的业务是否成功，需要共同判断errCode和是errMsg还是只判断errCode即可？
