I was redirected to Pricing when I try to apply

Hi everyone,

Few month ago, My student benefits got cancelled. GitHub asked me to re-verify my account. At that time, I had just withdrawn from a university in China, so I didn't take any action. When I clicked on "Reverify" back then, it redirected me to GitHub's Pricing page, which I thought was a technical issue.

Now that I'm studying at a university in Australia, I tried to reapply, but it still redirects me to https://github.com/pricing. I don't know what to do. This account contains a lot of important things, so I can't just close it and create a new one.

I can provide any documents or materials. Including CoE, Student Card or student email. I thought I was accused for abusing education benefits.

I even used another browser to open the page and it took me to the pricing page

When ever I entered a website to verify my account, they just redirect me to Pricing. My classmates can open that link but I can't

Yes my issue was resolved. Just send a ticket to GitHub support. If they close your ticket then reopen it.

Wow that was great, so how long it took you to get your ticked replayed? Did they ask you to give more information? It really scared me when I heard some still have no reply after a month:(

3days for me. But if they close your ticket then don't send another,just reopen it. And if you can't send tickets just add another email to GitHub account
