GitHub Campus - remote students being rejected for Student Pack

Hi everyone,

Many of our students are being rejected for the Student Pack.

We are a GitHub Campus and our education programme operates fully online. We do no issue ID cards to our students, as they never need them. In the past we have been able to have them use a screenshot of their Moodle Profile page (ensuring the logo in clear) to verify them as affiliated students but a lot of them are rejected, particularly those who are not geographically close to our registered address.

Is there a way to ensure that all of our students get the Student Pack - it seems unfair that even though they submit the same evidence of affiliation, some are rejected and others are not.

There doesn't seem to be a direct contact at GitHub to get in touch with. Any suggestions are gratefully received!
