Unable to renew student license

Question for Tech Support,
I am a student, a 2nd year student at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE). For some reason, a year after I got my student license, it was disabled and I can't renew it. The reasons stated on the official portal have been resolved, but I still can't get a license. Others haven't even had it disabled. What's the problem, what's going on, how can I get my license back?

try:

1. Double-check Eligibility
   Ensure you're still meeting all the requirements for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.

2. Verify your School Email
   Make sure you're using your valid school email address during the verification process.

3. Clear Cache and Try Again
   Sometimes, browser cache can cause issues with renewal—try clearing it or using a different browser.
