Hello. I used the educational benefits application and I found the following issues:

• the first time a had no student ID with me, so I downloaded my inscription letter
• unfortunately, it is not possible to provide / upload a document. Therefore, I tried to show you the document with my camera
• this lead to a negative application. Of course, because the document was not as readable as wanted and didn't show up in total in the camera because the text was too small.

⇾ please provide a possibility to upload a document

• when i had my student ID, I took a photo
• then pressed the send button
• unfortunately, I forgot to select the type of document I used at the top and the taken picture was lost
• I had to select the type at the top and then redo the picture

⇾ please ensure that a taken picture is kept if the selection of document type is missing.
