I've tried everything to activate Copilot Plus

Hey,

So I have been accepted as a student by GitHub, see below.

However, when clicking the link provided for the Coplot Plus coupon, i am directed to this paid signup screen:

With no option to access the service without filling out my bank details. I assume that it is not required to have an active Copilot Pro subscription or to have started the 30 day free trial to use the pro in the educational package. I have tried many of the links provided on the the forum (such as this ) and have always been directed to the paid signup screen in the previous image. my account says that i am using the free version of CoPilot:

This is what my licensing page looks like:

if I choose to upgrade Copilot then I get sent here:

and clicking on the green "try..." option i am sent back to the paid signup screen.

If I try to access Copilot via "Get direct access on the website GitHub Copilot" on the education page (shown below), I end up at the same paid signup screen again.

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? I know that there should be a screen that clearly indicates that I can use/sign up for/acess copilot pro, but instead all I see is the paid signup screen.

This is most likely an issue on GitHub's end, as other users have also reported the same issue that you are experiencing in the last couple of days.

I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
