'Educator' email (.edu)

Hi everyone,

I'm a teacher. Our district use Google Classroom / accounts. My email simply ends in .us - not .edu. This seems to blow the 'education benefits applications' mind. In the application, I click 'Teacher', I type the name of my school (which isn't on the list, but it says go on to the next page...) and it has my school email (name@***.***schools.us) and the 'continue' button is blurred out.

Hi @marcl83,

Try clearing your browser cache or using another browser. If you still can't continue, submit your application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC, it usually solves this problem.

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your issue.
