There was an issue while submitting application again with same college id

Hi everyone,

hi sir i am Kothapalli Amareswar Rao i have applied for GitHub Education

i have submitted with my college id card
sir first i have submitted my application at that time my profile name was not properly as with my name in college id so my application is rejected

after filling properly details and reapplying the application with same college ID, it is saying to apply with other file
i have at present id so i can apply see i have provided image also

could you please help me sir
