[Enhancement] Add more captcha solver service

@phamleduy04 I took a look at the repo today (last time I checked was when it was archived). After it was archived, I implemented my own fix for the authentication errors here: https://github.com/Syzygianinfern0/Texas-DPS-Scheduler

For the captcha issue, I managed to work around it by refreshing at random intervals. You can see the logic I used here:
