Sequoia-PGP 2.0 and rpm-sequoia 1.8 supporting it are out now, and available in rawhide.
Means we can add signing and verification tests for OpenPGP v6 keys and signatures as a precursor to PQC.

We'll need to cherry-pick the updated Sequoia packages from rawhide to CI for this at least for now, but that seems okay, they don't drag in half the rawhide along.
