New Client-Side Router for Svelte v5: @wjfe/n-savant

Hello, everyone!

Svelte v4 has had several excellent client-side routers out there, but they have all lagged to migrate to Svelte v5, occasionally bugging out on new code.

I found myself preemptively looking for a router for work. I'll be needing one in the next year, and realized that I could actually contribute to my favorite framework's ecosystem.

With this in mind, I present to you a new router for Svelte v5: @wjfe/n-savant

This router is unique worldwide because of 2 features:

• It can route using the URL's path or the hashtag at the same time. You can do both routing modes simultaneously.
• It can handle named paths in the hashtag, giving birth to multi hash routing. This is amazing for micro-frontends. Using this router, one can have 2 MFE's that route running simultaneously and independently.

These 2 features, as far as I can tell, don't exist in any other router on any UI library or framework.
