No problem. I’ve been away anyway and unable to spend much time on my site. On 16 May 2025, at 03:18, Kohei Yoshino ***@***.***> wrote:
Sorry to keep you waiting 🙇🏼 I’m reworking the Asset Browser code before adding support for file-level media folders. Should be done by the end of the week.

I'm new to Svelte CMS and have skipped Decap, but it seems that you can't set a specific media_folder for each file in a file collection, whereas you can in Decap? Can this be added?
My workaround is to have each file in its own file collection and set different media folders for each collection, but that makes the admin UI cluttered at the top level and introduces an unnecessary extra nesting to get to each file.
Use case is for managing lists of files (newsletters, how-tos etc.) that I will render as tables on my site. So each file in the file collection is a list with fields of file and string for metadata I need to display.
I'd be happy with either adding media_folder/public_folder to each file in the config (as decap seems to support), or supporting e.g. {{slug}} in the file collection media path to auto generate a media sub-folder per file (not sure if decap can do that).
