Distribution of donation on open collective: 2024/12/4 ~ 2025/05/31

I'll update the script I used in #9779 to reflect the contribution more precisely.

Rules:

1. Every evaluation should be gone through LLM.
2. Ignore commits without PR. (Commit without PR number in title)
3. Consider the commit content, while following some rules.
   1. Ignore test updates - This is to filter out changes from UPDATE=1 cargo test.
   2. Count test additions or deletions - These are helpful for the project.
4. Count PR reviews.
   1. This should account for the amount of reviewed changes. (I'm still thinking about the way to do it)
5. Count PR comments.
6. Count issue comments, but with (much) lower priority.
7. The core team members (including @kdy1) will get 3x point, same as before.

I'll exclude myself and my points will be distributes among the core team members in the same proportion of their score because my tax situation is already complex enough. I don't want additional headache.

Clarifications

• Example score bonus for the core team: if A, B, C are the core team members and D, E are not, A will get (A / (A + B + C)) * (the @kdy1's score) as the bonus point.

• The core team members are @kwonoj, @magic-akari, @Austaras, @CPunisher
